2012 Special Events Packages

Small Party Package:     Serves up to 100 people (product prices range from $1.10 to $4.00)

  • $75.00 minimum purchase required  (Will cover from 20-70 ice cream novelties depending on selections made by guests)
  • A one-hour window time for delivery must be specified.
  • Full service driver will be at your event approximately 30 minutes.
  • Full menu selection is available for delivery at menu prices
  • $75.00 minimum must be pre-paid in order to book event date and will be credited to customer’s total bill on day of delivery.
  • Any balance owed in excess of minimum payment must be paid to driver at time of delivery by cash or check.
  • Deposit payments may be made, by credit card, via PayPal on our website – icecreamwagon.com

Medium Party Package:     Serves from 101 to 1000 people

  • $250.00 minimum purchase required
  • Full service driver will be at your event up to 2 hours.
  • May customize menu – any or all combinations of menu selections are available for delivery
  • Discounted price – (product prices range from $1.00 to $3.00)
  • $250.00 deposit must be pre-paid in order to book event date and will be credited to customer’s total bill on day of delivery.
  • Any balance owed in excess of minimum payment must be paid to driver at time of delivery by cash or check.
  • Deposit payments may be made, by credit card, via PayPal on our website – icecreamwagon.com

 Large Event Package:     Serves quantities above 1000 people

Fundraiser Package

  • Includes any combination of the full menu
  • 1 ice cream truck with a full-service driver for up to 6 hours
  • Company will donate to the fundraiser %15 of revenue generated above the first $150.00

 Truck Rental Package:     Ice Cream Truck Rental Only

Cost:

  • Rentals on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: $275.00 per day
  • Rentals on Thursday and Friday: $325.00 per day
  • Rentals on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: $400.00 per day

Charge includes:

  • 1 ice cream truck for up to 8 hours
  • 1 tank of gas
  • Insurance and roadside emergency assistance
  • Customer must provide a driver for delivery.  If the Ice Cream Wagon, Inc is required to supply a driver an additional charge of $20.00 per hour will be incurred by the customer.

Disclaimers and Notices.

1) Pricing is for parties and event packages between the months of March to September.  For the months of October to February the minimum is $300.00.

2) In the event of inclement weather on the day of the scheduled event, The Ice Cream Wagon, Inc. reserves the right to cancel delivery and promptly refund the customer any deposits paid or reschedule delivery if customer desires.

3) Cancellation of a scheduled delivery requires a written notice by the customer to The Ice Cream Wagon, Inc. 48 hours prior to the booked event in order to receive a refund of any deposits paid.

4) Should a delivery driver fail to meet the delivery appointment through no fault of The Ice Cream Wagon, Inc. an immediate refund of any paid deposits shall be given to the customer. (Small Party Package, Medium Party Package, and Large Event Package only)

5) Purpose of ice cream truck rental must be approved by the Ice Cream Wagon, Inc. (Truck Rental Package)

6) Customer will be required to stay within a 30-mile radius of the Ice Cream Wagon, Inc.’s depot. (Truck Rental Package)
